[help] my dog pokes his tongue out all the time

My dog is a chihuahua named spike, hes a purebred and about 4 years old and he constantly pomes his tongue out and sits on his back legs like a meerkat and walks on his back legs and hops on them idk why he does this but he’s perfectly fine to walk on all 4 legs via /r/puppies https://ift.tt/2P2oKYk
